I bought this toner because I love the essence mist in this line! I notice that my skin is tingly after I use this and feels cool and minty. I don't have many complaints other than I'm just as happy with this as the essence mist. That is holy grail for me, whereas this isn't something that I have any inclination to repurchase. The biggest complaint I have is with the packaging. The toner is watery in texture and doesn't leave any residue behind when you use it. I haven't seen a decrease in redness like I did with other products from this line though.

I have to say that the packaging is cute, but poor quality. There has been a packaging redesign for this product and I hate it. I love the concept of the pump toner instead of the bottle where you shake out product, but the pump gets stuck and then you can't get any product out. It's a great idea, but poor quality of material for the coil in the pump, and that's where the problem is.
