I have been looking for a pencil eyeliner for people with oily eye lids. I’m glad I tried CLIO.  The texture of this eyeliner is easy to glide on, since I’ve tried lots of this waterproof or smudge proof eyeliners are hard to glide on.  I should say the pencil is hard and made my eye lids painful.  CLIO one is soft and glide on easily.  It really stays on for whole day.
