This toner has a watery texture with the tiniest bit of viscosity. It absorbs into your skin very easily and is good for layering. I like to use a few layers of it, too many layers can make your skin feel sticky. The toner feels very hydrating, it doesn't have a scent and doesn't irritate my skin at all. Overall I think it's a nice daily basic toner that is a safe choice but doesn't "wow" me in any way either.
