I use this softener only once to twice a week. Although it is not stimulating, it is best to avoid overexfoliating. This softener works well in removing dead skin cells on top. It is hydrating enough to not irritate or overdry skin after use. This can be used as a routine mild exfoliating product. For skin with acnes and clogged pores, regular deep cleansing is required
