During the first few days of daily usage, my pimples dry up very fast and my skin is clearer. However, my skin seems to dry out and irritate. I think this cleanser can be used for those with combination to oily skin. For people with sensitive or dry skin, you can use it a few times a week to prevent and treat acnes while still being able to maintain the moisture balance
