good product/ but packaging?

Potent product, I use it targeting my wrinkles, under eye and forehead. Nevertheless I don't get that package concept, - "push the pump all the way down (it spews some liquid) then shake to mix and pump few drops." Well, it does not seem to mix at all, and first pump still releases the liquid.. What is the point? Will not repurchase.
