This eyeliner pen is really nice. However the claims advertised aren't accurate to the product I received. It's not waterproof at all, but the ink is nice and smooth, very black and not streaky. The applicator is not small but rather regular length as any typical eyeliner pen. But the brush tip is sleek and flexible. Over all I like this pen. But I don't think I would repurchase since the advertising is inaccurate.
