This little gem is really an all-round pain relief pad in my opinion. It heard up nicely and gives a consistent, pleasant warmth to the area you stick it ❤️ I used one yesterday when we had a playdate for our kids in a park and it was a bit chilly, I had a beginning of a mastitis (I am breastfeeding ) and this pack kept it from getting worse and today it feels much better. A must have for many uses❤️
