I quite like this heat-on pack. It's very easy to use, you just open it up and stick it on wherever you want it. It's unnoticeable while you wear it, which is amazing, it lets you keep going with your day while providing some pain relief. The packaging is very cute, I think it would look discreet in your purse. The patch stays warm for a good few hours. However, I am not sure I would repurchase it. Even though it is super convenient, I don't think I can justify the price for a single use, but more importantly, the waste that it produces.
