I'm happy to say this works for my dry dehydrated skin. Last year my skin barrier went all weird due to the global situation and it became very sensitive to my existing skincare and many others. I had to start over and did a lot of research for products with minimal non irritating ingredients.  This hydrium toner is light and watery in texture with no scent. Contains many kinds of hyaluronic acids and this did not dry me out, (usually I avoid hyaluronic based skincare as a main ingredient since I've had not good experiences due to dryness even when applied on damp skin).  My skin doesn't feel dry or tight after use and preps skin for next step.  I use this toner with their Centella Aqua Soothing ampoule which is also great for soothing my skin.   It's been a over 2 months now since use and my skin is getting better with both products :3
