As many other women, I feel some discomfort and to cope with the period pain,
I used to take prescribed pain relievers but I prefer something more natural.
And this heat-on pack from A'PIEU is so great !
At first I could not feel the heat, it was very gradual.
It's very easy to use, barely noticeable and very, very effective !
(No need to microwave the pack)
I'm not sure that it really last 6 hours, but the heat was nice (not excessive) and bye bye pain !
I'm so pleased !

It would be nice to buy this pack as a set of 5 or 6.
