This works better for me for smaller blemishes.  If I have a small blemish, it goes away in a few days if I use the powder every night until it goes away.  It doesn't really help bigger pimples go away faster, but I do think that it helps it stop from getting bigger. I've had a big pimple on my left cheek for 2 weeks and I've used the powder on it every night, but it's still there.  The powder is great for blemishes but I may want to try a different brand.
