The brush feels nice and soft and doesn't aggravate my skin, but it's overpriced even if it's on sale. I bought this for $16. Makes me wish I would've just got a generic one for less on amazon. The way the brush is packaged in the resealable bag in the box for me is concerning because how do I know this wasn't used and returned by someone. Every picture I see of this brush, the bristles are white, but the one I got was orange tinged (see 3rd picture), so I suspect I did get a used one. I've never had any issue with faulty products from Jolse, but this is a first, I'm not pleased and it makes me wonder if everything they offer is authentic and brand new.
