I bought this to use on my skin that was recovering from testing out a new BB cream that left my face dry, flaky, and really irritated and sensitive. This really did help! When a lot of my previous skincare products made my irritated skin burn, I applied this and my skin felt nourished.

This is a gorgeous balm that melts really easily with the warmth of your fingertips, so it applies more like a light oil on your skin than a thick balm. It has the most amazing honeyed herbal lavender sort of scent that I really love.

I've barely made a dent in this balm because it helped my skin heal up nicely quite quickly, but I might just buy another tin of this before winter comes because I think this would be really awesome for dry and sensitive winter skin.

I'm surprised at how much I love this balm, as I have never tried anything from Zymogen before. I just might have to check out their other products sometime :)
